What to expect at an initial consultation.

An initial Myotherapy consultation involves:

• A review of medical history

• Detailed physical examination (including postural status and functional testing)

• Treatment

• Development of a treatment plan including corrective exercises

The mindset of the client may be discussed to determine emotional stress or thought processes that may be triggering the tension or stress within the musculoskeletal system.

If you have health cover for myotherapy or remedial massage you will be able to claim on the spot via our HICAPS machine
